Every summer, we do a kids camp for the children in Nobere. What an amazing and inspirational time we have with the children. We have mission teams that come from the USA, and we partner with a local ministry in Burkina Faso. Together, we impact children's lives with Bible stories, songs, games, arts and crafts. It's truly God's love in action that is experienced by everyone. It's a wonderful time to expose other children in the village to the gospel of Jesus Christ. With the current situation of Burkina Faso, where they are facing so many terrorist attacks, it is wonderful to see the children have some fun and experience the love of Jesus. It’s a time were they can just be kids! The greatest miracle happens on the third day, as we see many of them respond to be saved.

A three-day camp costs $4,000. This includes:

• Lunch every day for 500 children and leaders
• Sound rental equipment
• Arts and craft supplies
• Travel costs for the local ministry team we partner with

    When people encounter Jesus, everything changes. The Jesus Film project goal is to help people experience Jesus in their own language using this media tool. In this village of Nobere, they are an oral culture only (most of the population cannot read or write). When the people come face-to-face with Jesus, when they see him smile, when they hear him speaking their own language, with their own accent-they are forever changed. We use his film to evangelize many of the unreached areas of Burkina Faso each month. In most of the places we show the Jesus film, they have never seen a movie in their own language. They will come just to see the movie and then witness the power of the gospel. We have seen hundreds receive Christ as a result of showing this film. One of the many great things about the Jesus Film, is that you can go to places that have no power. This enables us to reach so many villages that have no power with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
