When people encounter Jesus, everything changes. The Jesus Film project goal is to help people experience Jesus in their own language using this media tool. In this village of Nobere, they are an oral culture only (most of the population cannot read or write). When the people come face-to-face with Jesus, when they see him smile, when they hear him speaking their own language, with their own accent-they are forever changed. We use his film to evangelize many of the unreached areas of Burkina Faso each month. In most of the places we show the Jesus film, they have never seen a movie in their own language. They will come just to see the movie and then witness the power of the gospel. We have seen hundreds receive Christ as a result of showing this film. One of the many great things about the Jesus Film, is that you can go to places that have no power. This enables us to reach so many villages that have no power with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
